Yes! I bring in additional artists as needed, from 1 up to 10+, so events from 30 guests to 1,000+ are covered. I generally recommend multiple artists once guest count passes 150-200, depending on your event length.

Rates start at $1,200 for up to 4 hours on-site, with additional hours available. Final pricing depends on guest count, materials, and event length.  I'll give you a specific quote after an initial consultation.

A month out is ideal, but I've taken bookings just days before an event when my schedule allows. Please reach out even if your timeline is tight.

Yes! Studio engraving has a $200 minimum regardless of project size, with pricing generally per-piece. I request a 3-week turnaround, though rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

A 50% deposit secures your date. If you cancel within a week of the event, the deposit is forfeited, but it can be applied to a different event within one year, so it's never simply lost.

Yes! I carry event liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI), and can add specific venues or clients to additional certificates as your event requires.
