Live Event Engraving is on-site personalization with the use of a handheld, battery-operated, and portable machine similar to a nail drill. With round diamond burrs in various sizes, I can etch my calligraphy into various surfaces. Glass, Metals, Plastics, and more. Due to its portability, I can bring my machine on-site and engrave items for your clients and guests right in front of them!
The most common surface for engraving is glass. However, this service can also be used on metals and plastics. If you have a different type of material you'd like, I can use one of my other services!
On average, engraving can take anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple minutes depending on what is being engraved. I usually estimate anywhere between 30-45 items per hour, give or take. Keep in mind, I will be talking to guests while I work (I'm there to entertain, not be a mute machine!), I may have to add color inlay so the engraving stands out, or pack and unpack items that may be in boxes.
Yes I can staff a team for large activations or live events! I have a team of professional, kind, and talented engraving artists ready for any event that comes my way. I usually suggest multiple artists once the guest count hits 100-150+ people (depending on event length) to ensure that each guest can receive an item. From 30 guests to 1000+, I have the perfect team for your event needs.
