Hot Foiling for an HR Conference

Over the summer, I was hired to do live hot foiling on refillable journals at the yearly Irresistible Conference. The Irresistible Conference is a global HR Leadership event. Discussions range from talent management, technology impacts, and leadership development. This year, they decided to hire a group of calligraphers to personalize notebooks. This is a quick overview of what I did!

The Hot Foiling Personalization

Once the attendees were checked in, they picked up their swag bags and headed over to our personalization station. Attendees were able to choose what they wanted foiled and the color of it.

While I am foiling the items, I create conversations and enjoy laughing with the attendees of any of the events I work at. For this particular event, the attendees came from all over the world. It was really cool to know that my calligraphy was going to travel to places like Europe and China!

One day I hope to be able to travel to one of those places and provide my custom calligraphy services on site! But for now, these notebooks were clean and professional and were the perfect start to a workshop filled day.
